Following its success in Europe Mr Giorgio Bonelli lands his first Alchymist Luxury Group property in Brazil.

Jardim do Alchymist is a restaurant that breathes the Alchymist European Classical style and combines it with the natural beauty of the region of Ceará and its tropical wonders. The result is a blend of two compatible styles that create a unique environment in the heart of the city of Fortaleza.

Under the magical setting, the Jardim do Alchymist offers new trends in international haute cuisine based on a choice of local ingredients discovered in a detailed survey on the marvellous products available in Ceará.

Our executive Chef Danilo Allochis has created a selection of dishes based on recipes from Brazil and Ceará in addition to the most delicate Italian traditions.
